About

One record per graduate, kept current by the graduate

The alumni office used to rebuild its list from scattered spreadsheets every time it planned a homecoming or a tracer study. Here, each alumnus owns their entry: sign in, correct what changed, and the batch view updates for everyone.

Graduates control what the public directory shows. Contact details stay hidden unless you switch them on.

How it works

Four steps, about three minutes

01

Sign in with Facebook

Meta confirms who you are. The app asks only for your public profile and email address.

02

Pick your batch

Choose the year you graduated and the program you finished. That is what groups you in the directory.

03

Add where you are now

Job title, company, industry, and city. This is what the college reports in tracer studies.

04

Choose what is public

Tick the fields other alumni may see. Everything else stays with the alumni office.

Privacy notice. Your record is processed by the alumni office of College of Computer Studies for alumni relations, tracer studies, and accreditation reporting. Facebook access tokens are stored server-side and are never shown in the interface. You can hide any field, or ask for your record to be deleted, at any time. Read the full notice.
